Our Process

Clear process.
No surprises.

Every project follows the same proven structure — from the first conversation to the final delivery. You always know what's happening, what's next, and what it costs.

The Four Steps

From conversation to final cut.

01

Discovery

We start with a 20-minute call to understand your organization, your audience, and what you need this video to accomplish. No pitch deck, no hard sell — just questions and answers. You leave with a clear creative direction and a written proposal within 48 hours.

02

Pre-Production

Once the scope is locked, we build everything needed before production day: interview questions, shot lists, a detailed production schedule, and any location or talent logistics. You review and approve the plan before we roll a single frame.

03

Production

Our crew comes to your location — office, facility, venue, or studio. We handle lighting, sound, set design, and direction. Most projects wrap in a single day. Minimal disruption to your team and your operations.

04

Post & Delivery

Editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and final branding. You get two rounds of revisions included. Deliverables arrive in every format you need — website hero, social cuts, LinkedIn vertical, and your full footage library.

Typical Timeline

What 4-6 weeks
looks like.

Week 1

Discovery & Proposal

Initial call, creative direction, and a detailed proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing. You decide if it's a fit.

Week 2

Pre-Production

Interview guides, shot lists, and production plan finalized. Location scouting if needed. You review and approve before we proceed.

Week 3

Production Day

On-location shoot with our full crew. Most standard projects are captured in a single day. Multi-day shoots are scheduled across the week.

Weeks 4-5

Post-Production

Editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics. First cut delivered for your review. Two rounds of revisions included.

Week 5-6

Final Delivery

All deliverables exported in every required format. Social cuts, website versions, and full footage library transferred to your team.
